It means that there is a very little bit of lag.
Micro = small
Stuttering = that its stutters aka lags.

Yeah, now i remember :-P
stuttering is normally noticed CPU + GPU bottlenecks. i previously had a AMD 4600 939pin CPU and a 8800GTX. the CPU couldnt keep up with the GPU, Hence why the Games were stuttering alot.

Sorry for the late response. I have a Q6600 and a 4870 along with Corsair XMS2 6400C5 4GB RAM.
Games run alot better now.

Try out mods that enhance the graphics like Qarl's texture pack 3 and etc. These mods will see if your computer is good or not. but you got a good graphic card though.
