Dude other country bought t bills and mortgage backed securities. If this deal goes south it will create a gobel economic collapes. We are the only ones in the mess. Brazil, Canada, Mexico, Europe (most of Europe), the Middle East, all of our trade parterns and then there trade parterns will be hit by this. So if u live some were in the world you will be affect by collapse of American finance sector.
