It's Keynote, part of iWork '08. Search in Google: iwork keynote, the first link it is.
Keynote actually has been developed for Steve Jobs himself, btw. It's basically his idea, that's why it works so well.

-Know your subject well
-Get expert help
-Don't talk down to the audience
-Use appropriate humor (like when he called Starbucks and ordered a thousand lattes to go during a demo for the first iPhone, or when he had Noah Wiley impersonate him).
-Show what the competition is doing and then show why your product is better.
