This is for inducing states of expanding consciousness and meditation. The more one listens to this with headphones, the more independent one becomes of listening to this - it becomes easier to go into deep states of consciousness, not in 10 years, but 10 months. Laern to do zen meditation and do this in combination with and without meditation.

it could help lucid dreaming, but its easier to just go to lay on your back instead of your side and drift into a lucid dream-like state. its basically the same thing, its just your body going to sleep and freeing your soul from its shell. your body will tingle and will feel weightless if you've done it right

What brain frequency is this supposed to invoke. It would be good to know. I wouldn't want to listen to something that would shoot me off to delta if I had to go intensely focus on calculating, etc.
