I don't know where to even begin with this ecumenical monstrosity of a man. This guy is so going to burn in the lake of fire it isn't funny. Each man has to read the scripture in sincerity and decide where to lean. I know of a man who obeyed Hitler's government as a soldier. He only fired his gun when ordered to do so. Then he was captured by the Russians and obeyed them in a labor camp and then finally he came to Canada. We must decide in our hearts in all sincerity to the commands of Christ what government laws we obey and which laws we don't obey.

How unfair to clip this man's words and then condemn him! Why wasn't his message shown in context of the whole? A patriot can rebel agaist authority that demands actions not in accord with God's will. Still, the Bible calls for such rebellion to be seriously considered, encouraging faithfulness even to governments that are not pure (because all human power is tainted with sin.)
