shit, i hate the Tu154, last summer i flew from moscow to omsk, i thought its gonna fall apart. before the flight i haven't slept for 24 hours and a couldnt fall asleep during the flight because it was sooo damn loud! i'm warning you folks...do not get on this plane! you gonna regret it!

You kidding, even the craziest russian wouldn't land with T-revers active, i thing it is even impossible to activate them during a descent... what you here is a rinsing thrust because of flaps being engaged...
I also flew a few times to Omsk and my last flight with the Tu154 was last Summer from Hannover to Moscow... my opinion: good reliable aircraft... can crash only with crappy pilots or by SAM...

No kidding, often seen in EDDB (SXF) airport Germany, #1 and #3 engine with T/Rs deployed before touch down, it seems at the moment he is retarding T/Ls on 1st and 3rd engine and T/Rs are armed, they will deploy without WOW logic in ground mode. #2 engine would be still able to produce fwd thrust for safe landing. Think no WOW interface is used for T/Rs on this plane, but don´t know exactly.
Great sound when using reverse thrust after landing. 2 times 103 kN of force....
