Why eat meat when you could eat strawberries, bananas, oranges,peaches, avocados, tomatoes, cantaloupe, honeydew melon, watermelon, apple, blueberries, blackberries,nectarines, mangoes, jackfruits, persimmons,pineapples, young coconuts, raw nuts and seeds, kiwis, plums, pears, mash potatoes, cucumber, roast garlic and onion squash, and all the different vegetables.

I used to major in nutrition, yes, I know what you're talking about. I was a meat-eater for 26 yrs. My friend grew up as a vegetarian since baby. I'm much healthier being a vegan now. My skin, energy level, and strength improved as a vegan. It'll all about bodybuilding and eating a high calorie, raw vegan diet.
