I cant believe you put this on the net! Do you feel embarrest? AJ! Camp K is the shittest place in the world, and so is the rest of the Army- hence why the retention rate is sky high. Dont get me wrong, id'e rejoin in a sec if it was to defend this place, but im out! Cheers

Im in the Australian Army Cadets and went to puckapunyal for a week and got to fire the f88 steyr, it was very accurate and the soldiers said it was a reliable weapon. The Americans use the SAW M249 which is made by the people who make the f89 minimi for us aussies. Austria made the f88 along with all the different types of Glocks, they handle nicely and there wasnt much recoil at all , i was suprised.

wow... they let you guys fire guns in cadets.... our Cadets were soo gay in Bowen.. we had to group up with Townsville and even then all we ever did was them stupid Emu parades.. but oh ok awsome thanks for the info mate :) helpful

The M249 and Minimi are the same weapons, designed by the same company, FN. However the Minimi is made here in Australia at Lithgow. Again, Steyr designed the AUG, but the F88 is the Australian version, Lithgow arms has tweaked it from the original design, and make it in Australia

Picking up the weapon from the pistol grip is fine, provided trigger finger is placed outside the guard.
I hope none of you idiots are making the mistake between pistol grip and foregrip.

There is a mistake, at least when u shooting on mtr u fold the foregrip and hold styer lyk a rifle. That way rifle is a lot more stable, thus ur more accurate.
