NIce trick.
This can also be done to gain access to the playground in Waikiki (Town Center) : take enough speed (150+ Mph), then quit the road as soon as you get past the NISSAN show-room, right next to the big column, and make your way between the trees. If you succeed, you should take off by buming into the bushes, and land in the playground. Useless, but fun !!
