If you increase the difficulty...
1.The harder levels do not allow you to walk up to the computer and throw them.
2.the computer will use moves that will easily counter your razor kick or deal more damage to you than you deal to them.

My record for this game (Blanka) 21 perfects without any cheats,difficulty level "hard". points-around just over 1.200.000. I finished Street Fighter II (world version) with all characters - 1 credit for each.

many of the moves doesnt work wen u play it on big gaming machines, i.e you cant go up and dump the russian guy like that at the beginning, never work on big gaming machines.
2ndly, the amount of health decreases after the attack isnot right, e.g. the continue three-strike attack will only take away 1/3 of the health if you play on big machines, NOT half or more than half.
no offense, but those skills are really very basic. i can kill u single handed 15 years ago, of course not now.

is this really the hardest level? i can 100% guarantee this is 2 to 3 times easier than old big gaming machines on the street 15 years ago. just finished the Ryu section, you never able to do that to him if you play a real game. really got nth to show off if people play this game on those home video gaming system. lack of skills, and you only know one good move with Sonic Boom. you should learn how to use Guile to do the combo strike with Somersault Kick, not just Sonic Boom.

It doesn't look like the hardest difficulty level.. but who cares? Only losers play SFII by themselves and brag about their high scores. Get some friends and play against them. Winning against the computer over and over again is not satisfying
