I feel these things ... ( 10 months ago by fool1shmortal)
I feel these things as well. I will write something angrily or get in a controversial argument and then, I'll remember something left unsaid that will have others misunderstand Gog, my religion, my general well-meaningness or myself so I'll try to write a message or bring it up if I must see the person.
part 2: Then, I ... ( 10 months ago by fool1shmortal)
part 2: Then, I worry they think I'm weird and will blame God, my religion or me on bad grounds. It is not good to discuss on forums, cause I'll feel responsible to God to correct mistakes if I see them.

Well OCD has ... ( 8 months ago by alexhope77)
Well OCD has changed my life. It was quite an experience (it still is).
I understand more about myself, and I hope to become a better person. So I look forward in a positive way.
What would be my next step? Maybe a website (that's the best that I can do right now).
We are all different in many ways. We have different problems. Unfortunately we don't speak about them.
I want to thank you for your hard work!
You are wonderful person!
For people who ... ( 8 months ago by alexhope77)
For people who never experienced OCD it is hard to understand it.
When you are hungry - it's hard to think about something else but food.
Same thing is here - it's hard to suppress obsessions.
Sometimes dizziness occurs and it feels like the head is full of water.

Watching your video ... ( 8 months ago by alexhope77)
Watching your video last night, was like watching yourself in the mirror.
I was amazed by your courage and openness.
I realize, that I'm interested to understand and help other people, and be more open like you are.
So I decided to tolerate, whatever I have to tolerate. And do not seek a safe comfort by doing compulsions. And speak about this experience.

Hi,
I think your video has changed my life last night.
I have OCD for 8 years. And it was very bad, just like your experience. It's deeply affected my life. Today, I believe I'm 70% free of OCD.
My biggest dream was to stop those obsessions by doing compulsions.
I wanted live my life by myself in a safe and comfort zone.

I hope this doesn't ... ( 8 months ago by butiamnotcrazy)
I hope this doesn't sound cliche, because that is not how I mean it, however I've come to learn that we all make mistakes and that the only truely wrong words are those which are not genuine. When we say what we truely believe we've done our parts and it's up to the other person to take what they can. I'm still trying to grasp this....

Thanks, I'm working on the audio. Think I'm going to try the next video outside and see how it goes. Anyhow, at 2:36 I believe I said that I am afraid of offending people

It's a brave thing to share the fact that you have OCD, even in today's Western society. I have OCD too, and, though I've told most of my friends and my boyfriend, I wouldn't like people who I've had trouble with in the past to know about it.
Well done, Jo, and keep up the fight. ^_^

P.S. By the way, you remind me of Ellen Page in 'Juno' for some reason!

That is true, ... ( 7 months ago by butiamnotcrazy)
That is true, however it's best to look at the whole situation from afar whenever possible. Scapegoating is ridiculasly common, it's human nature, and in many cases I think it takes on an element of conspiricy against the child however when the child points this out or rebels to it then there is "evidence" of an issue and thus begin the infamous blame game.

It wasn't too whiny for me. Actually I liked it. I do have the constant thought that I'm going to offend someone just by being near them. Of course with facial tics such as eye rolling and facial grimacing coming up at the wrong time, the thought has some evidence.
