no MasterOfPros, it is opposite. Parkour is used to get from point A to point B as quickly as possible. Free Running is similiar to Parkour with tricks thrown in.

damn newbs.
Freerunning = using the city/area as a place to do jumps/tricks etc. This contains more saltos and pretty woowoo stuff.
Parkour = Crossing a distance as soon as possible. Like Rebsrule58 said. This is just a feat of incredible agility, stamina and power. This often contains running on roofs, jumping from high heights and wall-jumps.
This vid isnt rlly that incredible btw.
