Hydrogen is economical and makes no polution, good for usage as fuel, but way too powerful. Bad in a accident, like a car crash.
One hit and we wipe out a whole block!
Until we develop a tecnology wich makes hydrogen less dangerious, we'll still use oil.. or biodiesel...

works great, couple tips...
1- if you live in the north during winter like myself, make sure you keep the water fuel indoors, cause it will turn to ice and you can't start the car
2- add a dash of Red Bull to the water fuel, you get improved performance, especially when accelerating, the chicks love it

This invention is for a new electrolysis technique not for a new energy source.
The bond energy between hydrogen and oxygen is the energy which holds them together.
You cannot get something for nothing. this invention merely conserves energy more efficiently.
Notice that the car requires petrol.
The invention may well be assisting economy by helping the 'total energy in' work more efficiently (hotter burn).

These 'water/solar/battery' ideas are still too complicated... that French guy doing compressed air cars is the Go! It still uses fossil fuels to "compress the air", but now he's made a compressor that runs off 'air', so the idea is to place it in the car and for minimal start cost, the car will refill itself (...although, it's getting too close to perpetual motion for my liking, but hey if it works...).

THEN WHY AREN'T WE DOING IT?
And whats the deal with "patents" and regulations. I'm pretty sure the invention would still work exactly the same without the little copyright symbol engrave into a pipe.
If this invention could help save the world from melting in 20 years, then money should not be an issue. These things should be massed produced and given out FREE OF COST.

Idiots: (that's about 80% of the population) water is not the "fuel" here, it's electricity. This is just another way of using electricity (which as you may know is generated mainly from coal, gas & nuclear). Using electricity to turn water into H2/02 and burning it to power an IC engine is much less efficient than storing it in a battery and driving a 90% efficient electric motor. That's why the push is on ELECTRIC CARS - OK? The USA is full of ignorant, lying con-men & gullible idiots.
