Parkour is about getting from point A to point B as fast as possible but freerunning is a bit same but there's more backflips and gymnastics involve.

wrong: parkour is not about getting from one point to another it is ONLY about efficiency! and free running is not simply parkour plus gynmastics, it is about self expression. free running is not bound to efficiency but only to the limits of your mind ;-)
