This actually quite dangerous, not because of the little biting (the cat and rabbits are obviously familiar) but there's something else.
Cats harbour a lot of bacteria in their mouths, just as much or more than humans. Rabbits who come into such close contact with cats can become very ill from some of that bacteria. The fact that these rabbits are babies worsens the situation.
Be smart, don't allow these animals to be THAT close, and don't EVER let cats bite rabbits.

1. The cats bites the bunnies when they are in its face. Why does she keep putting the bunnies in the cats face and then telling it not to bite them?
2. The cat is licking the bunnies b/c it is sorry it bit them. I read somewhere that when a cat bites you then licks the place it bit you, it is sorry or something similar to that sentiment. Sometimes, I can tell if my cat is biting out of anger, play or warning by what he does afterwards

What a lousy owner. The cat obviously does not like the rabbits in its face so it bites them, and then the owner flicks it on the nose and proceeds to repeat the process. This is why some people shouldn't be allowed to have pets.
