I think I was just using the standard setting for the stray cat selection on the G-DEC (I forget what that setting is actually called and I don't have the amp here with me right now). It is possible that I may have used one of the blues settings on the PodXT Live, but it was too long ago for me to remember specifically. Thanks and take care.

is this the schecter c-1 blackjack? is this a good guitar? ive heard some horror stories about the input jacks though.... are they true? and how would i permantely fix that?

I have had no problems with the input jack. It is an awesome guitar - my favorite playin' guitar. Only drawback for me is the dark dot inlays on the fretboard are practically invisible in low light.

I don't have the "pull-up" knobs on this Schecter that allows you to switch between humbucker and single coil settings, just the standard volume and tone controls. I usually play with both maxed out, as was probably the case here.
