Bill Clinton is very inspirational. A "Solar Age" is knocking on our front door. All we have to do is open the door and let it in. Change is always difficult but our lives will become more difficult if we continue down this dead end street of dependence on centralized big business and big government. It's time to put a little sunshine in our lives and create a sustainable economy based on renewable resources.

God, I'll admit it! We missed a chance to lead and that chance is named Al Gore. Now we are losing our leadership position because we weren't thinking. Why aren't the Prius and the Hybrids MADE in America? It was obvious a new energy industry was real and had tremendous potentials. Why weren't we investing money on innovations and creating jobs? NO! do you mean maximum instead of limit? i think the point is clear either way but whatever... anyways the amendment is why bush can't serve another term, why people were so happy that there was no way he could serve again. you don't have to read a history book to know that.
the amendment was ratified sometime in the 1950s i think so FDR wouldn't have had to adhere to it. he only served three terms, he died early in what should have been his fourth and was succeeded by Harry Truman.
