Fender G-DEC Schecter BlackJack (P49 Funk Rhythm in D)

Uploader: hue75
Video Description: Another improvisational jam using the Fender G-DEC amplifier in the P49 Funk Rhythm in D setting and using the Schecter Blackjack C1 guitar. I'm trying to play in a Jazz-Rock mode. Thanks for watching. P.S - I am running the sound from the headphone jack of the G-DEC into the Fx return of the Marshall Valvestate cabinet for a deeper sound (hopefully)

Question-no offense (you sound great), but do you know what your doing theory wise? Who do you listen to?

I am self-taught and have not had any formal training, nor do I have an in-depth technical knowledge of different scales. I play what sounds right to me, with some years of experience factored in. My influences are primarily Jimi Hendrix and Michael Schenker, although I would have to add others such as Jimmy Page, George Lynch, Mattias Jabs, and Stevie Ray Vaughn into the mix. I listen to all kinds of different guitarists. I am recently really impressed by Steve Morse. Thanks.

you sound like me. I briefly go over scales and chords but in the end it is all about what sounds good.

Excuse me, may i ask whether that kind of low action is advantageous or disadvantageous? Thank you! BTW Superb improvisation!

I didn't really have one - it just came from within.
