Could you give me the best setup for mad mp3 and mp3pro. Because mine plays a little better but it still gets stuck and my title screen music doesn't even play anymore.

For title screen you may want to try another format like .ogg and use in_vorbis to play that. I use mp3pro on the default settings and everything works fine for me though. Also make sure you have set to loop and turn hardware accel down (i have vids for those things).

Put this or whatever your exact directory is to Mugen. This is basically a more advanced thing. Make sure you got all your music working good first before you do this tutorial.

Well first did you look at my other plugin tutorial? What plugin are you using and how does it sound? Does your music work at all? There may be some simpler things to try.
I basically made this tutorial for people who want to completely config their Mugen music. Its not completely neccessary.
