U cant say that when Jamie bet 15k on the flop and Patrik knew that he could win big if the king came. So Its Patrik who got really unlucky on that hand because they were all in in the turn when he was a big favorite and lost 2 of 3.

With your way of thinking you could say that if somebody raises you before the flop with aces and you call with 22 and the 22 guy hits a set on the flop and they go to turn after some bets and they go all in on the turn so you think that its fair that the AA guy hits an Ace on the river?
