To be honest, I thought that this anime would be kind of boring at first, but Alucard is not a normal vampire lol! I was expecting the classic "live in my castle and lure in unsuspecting girls" kind of vampire, but I like this kind better.

Well yeah obviously, and the hints of who he is were pretty blatant throughout the manga. But even if the hints were always there he was "officially" revealed to be Dracula towards the finale of the manga.

The name Dracula is from Drac (that meens devil in romanian). Vlad Tepes , he is named Dracula ( by some assholes)cuz' he killed a lot of bad people (that is in Romania). The people named Vlads dad ,,Drac" cuz he killed people at his time too.Now, the people named Vlad ,,Dracula" cuz it cames from Drac, the name of his dad. But some stupid americans named him Dracula cuz ,, He is a VAMPIRE!!!"
