behind every addiction is one principle. If u know about that principle and use the method to reverse it, u get to zero(like before). The principle was discovered by Allen Carr. I dont know if theres sb. who wrote about the whole addictions, he focused just on tobbacco. But if u re a little clever(IQ above 100 and a strong wish to become free) you can extract the principle and reverse every addiction. Do it, enjoy and help others to become free. Have a nice day. I'm from ukraine, 23 and already 5 ears Im gambling. i got a gerate job, loving parents, girlfriend.
two weeks ago i started all over again playing. spend a lot off money (some even not mine). have a problem with my work. I'm in a bad mood all the time. cant even smile. today I wanted to do something really wrong. Thnx God I didnt.

Thanks for mentioning Allen Carr whom I never heard of, so looked him up in wikipedia and I see he has several books of interest to me, I am looking into what the "principle" is you mentioned. Thanks for the post and Rodney's as well
