It's not every person that gets hit every play in football. But in soccer you only wear shin pads, and you still run into people and one of them gets knocked over 90% of the time and sometimes get injured too like concussions. But I don't play either, and if you're a QB or WR or someone that gets the ball alot, then football is defiantly more brutal than soccer to that person. But overall football is more brutal than soccer, but they are both pretty brutal.
