For all of you worried about my bowel movements, better time would be spent wondering how many more people will be injured by casinos because a "standard of care" has not been established for the product they are aggressively marketing to children(kiddie poker), students and the elderly, worry about things that matter. I will commit a portion of any recovery to a treatment facility and a church facility. The first place would be New York, my hometown. My goal is to get enough money to together to get a facility in the city. If that clarifies your issue.

You are correct, you owe me nothing and I have demanded nothing...I am simply asking logical questions after you asked me (and everyone) to review your website (which includes your complaint). I think this was directed at me. I am not worried about your BMs. I just dont think it is believable that someone can sit in a casino, being offered drinks every 10 minutes, and not use the bathroom for over 24 hours, as count 45 indicates. I would be willing to give you 20:1 odds that you will be asked about this in the future.

Self Limit - Self-Exclusion - You should've looked into it more...and yes a compulsive gambler who wants change "WILL" go to "ALL THE TROUBLE" to sign up. You didn't. If you want other compulsives to look at you as their spokes person - give up the money you will be entitled to. You dont deserve a penny since you might give it back to the casinos anyway. Arelia, if you won the lawsuit, wouldnt it be unfair for just you to recieve the benifits on behalf of ALL the compulsive gamblers who lost their lives and money? I am a compulsive gambler, but I deep down think that you are just looking for an easy way out and a chance to start over economically without doing any work. Once again, you're still looking for "something for nothing."

I need to comment some more. I've read all your blogs. And came to the conclusion that you are seriously a sore loser. I am too an addict but at least I admit it. You should sue your mother for not teaching you any better and for not warning you of the evils of gambling. Again, as much as I would love to justify my actions to you, I am a little busy these days, as you can understand...Thank you for your interest, but, if you have procedural questions, ask your local courts...if this is Judge Blumb asking, well you know the answer to those questions...if this is one of the attorneys for the casinos, then, you definitely know the answer...again, I would advise you to wait and see...it's not over 'til its over!
